Overview
The villa was fully renovated in 2018 and enjoys direct beach access to Shoal Bay West, one of the most beautiful and private beaches on Anguilla.
The Antilles Pearl is available as a standalone five bedroom villa or it can be combined with the Petit Topaz for a total of six bedrooms. It is an extravagant three floor villa with a principal bedroom suite plus four additional guest rooms and a skywalk terrace – it can fit up to 10 people.
Featuring a spacious, air-conditioned, open-plan living area with soaring 21-foot ceilings, French doors opening up to the pool terrace, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a modern lift for seamless transport between floors.
Outdoor features include a beach-front, heated swimming pool, a spacious pool deck with chaise lounges, umbrellas and a hammock, an outdoor covered terrace with living and dining space, a 50-foot skywalk and a rooftop terrace with stunning 360 degree views to the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and St. Martin.
Antilles Pearl features a spacious, air-conditioned, open-plan living area with soaring 21-foot ceilings, Bose speakers, and French doors opening up to the pool terrace. The Pearl also features a separate, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen accessed from the dining area, and a modern lift for seamless transport between floors Interior design by Linda Warren Associates. An entertainment room is located on the second floor with a home theater system, comfortable couches and custom built pool and card tables, complete with private label poker chips.
Altamer is committed to enriching the guest experience through Art-in-Buildings, an innovative program that enables us to showcase the works of emerging and mid-career contemporary artists. Our New York City-based curator personally selects each work of art to highlight Altamer’s extraordinary architecture and magnificent Caribbean views while promoting the artists and expanding the audience for art.

Anguilla is located in the northern Leeward Islands, 10 miles north of St. MaartenAltamer is located at the western most end of the island on Shoal Bay and is a ten minutes drive from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or twenty minutes from the airport on Anguilla.
Visitors can fly nonstop to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and take a short connecting flight to Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport in Anguilla on Tradewind Aviation or Silver Airlines. Anguilla’s airport may also be reached by private jet and scheduled or private regional flights from Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Barth’s and other nearby islands.
