There's nothing better than being within walking distance of all of the area's best dining and shopping options as well as the Gondola, which may be used for a beautiful ride over to the Mountain Village side every day.

A Spacious Great Room

Guests of this delightful home will find a lovely great room that houses the living room and the kitchen on the middle level of the residence. A gas fireplace centers the living room, and it's surrounded by comfortable furnishings that include tree slice tables and a wonderfully relaxing oversized leather chaise chair and foot massage. The room also comes with a 70-inch flat screen television, and large sliding doors provide access to an impressive deck with Jacuzzi. Guests may lounge on the comfy outdoor furnishings, including a table that seats six or create a meal on the excellent turbo gas grill station while enjoying excellent views of Ajax Peak, the Beaver Pond, and Telluride Town Park.

Next to the living room is a full gourmet kitchen that comes with everything needed to provide excellent meals for the entire group. It boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances from Krups, KitchenAid, and Thermador as well as the smaller necessities that include a Crock-Pot, toaster, blender and a drip coffee maker. For the coffee connoisseur, the kitchen also features a DeLonghi Espresso maker and Nespresso maker. Guests may enjoy their meals at the beautiful handcrafted dining table with seating for six.

Three Excellent Guest Suites

On the home's upper level via a grand spiral staircase, guests will discover an impressive primary suite. It boasts an ultra-comfortable king-size bed made of finished whole timbers, elegant furnishings, a massage chair with foot massage, an iPod dock, a walk in wardrobe and a large flat-screen television. This room also has access to a beautiful private balcony that offers a glass enclosed sauna, a private hot tub and amazing views of Ajax Peak and Bear Creek. There is also a small cozy office with breathtaking views.  The primary private bath boasts stained glass features, heated towel racks, a glass rainfall shower and a separate jetted garden tub.  There is also a Neorest automatic toilet and a stone trough sink.

Two guest suites grace this home's lower level, and one offers a queen size bed, comfy furnishings, a flat-screen television and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The last room comes equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin-size beds depending upon the needs of the guests. It offers pretty furnishings, a flat screen 3D television with a PS3/DVD player and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

A spacious foyer greets guests as they enter the home, and this area features a beautiful water feature. Guests may sit down on the large bench to enjoy the fountain or to take off their shoes before entering the main part of the home. The foyer houses an entryway to the garage to covered parking.  There’s also a stacked washer/dryer combo in its own nook in the ground floor bath.
