Overview
The open kitchen will appeal to the chef of the family as it's well equipped with stainless-steel appliances, large island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a huge dining table with views of the adjacent pool. Neighboring the kitchen and dining is the living area with a large comfy sectional sofa and a mounted 86 inch flat screen television – perfect for lounging around after a day at the parks!
Movie night will be a sure hit as this home has a pretty epic theater with tiered seating and custom mural on the walls. Nearby you’ll find an equally impressive game room complete with a custom ’65 Ford Mustang pool table, dual massage chairs, 9’ shuffleboard table, foosball, jukebox, and 3x large mounted flat screens perfect for catching the game. Did we mention the converted garage complete with ping pong, Hummer racing arcade, and a custom made basketball shooting game all surrounded by an MC Escher-inspired wall mural.
Head outside to find a large outdoor grill where you can surprise everyone with your grilling skills or take a dip in the resort style pool to cool down on a hot day.
When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of the eleven bedrooms, most with mounted television and adjacent en-suite. Just remember that bedroom 11 was converted to make way for the Bond Lounge.
Encore Club
You’ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas.
Please note: The Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Parties are not permitted. The registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges
Guests will have access to park 5 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more please inquire first
The pool & spa located in the backyard can be heated for an additional cost. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated
Access to Encore’s waterpark and transportation are not included in this rental (due to resort restrictions) but you can still have room service delivered
A photocopy of your drivers license and credit card may be required upon check-in
