Decorated to a high standard, the villa is located in a private peaceful location surrounded by old olive trees and mountain views.

The main villa provides comfortable accommodation with four bedrooms, three bathrooms with the fifth en-suite bedroom in a separate annex. The various charming outdoor dining and seating areas as well as a flat lawn and large pool (which can be heated and fenced), make this an ideal villa for two families who love to live outdoors. It is perfect for large families or groups of friends and great for summer events.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to entertain, including a six drawer deep freezer, two fridges, ice maker and espresso and coffee machine. The living room has access onto one of the outdoor seating areas and there is a large area of flat lawn which makes it easy to watch children playing.

The large pool, which can be heated and fenced, is set away from the house and has a large terrace surrounding it which is ideal for sunbathing, along with a lovely shaded pool house with steam room and pool bar. On the other side of the pool is another outdoor eating area with a traditional charcoal BBQ and a bar area. The property is surrounded by a large stone wall, giving you complete privacy for your vacation.

This traditional stone Bastide also has a steam room which adds to the opulence. Stepping outdoors, the large flat lawn is ideal for children, and the spacious covered living area by the pool is perfect for summer days on the Cote d'Azur.

This is a unique property in which to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area, yet you are only a couple of minutes into the pretty village of Tourrettes sur Loup, ten minutes from Vence and St Paul de Vence and just 20 minutes from Nice airport.

Once you've arrived, you will never want to leave, however there are plenty of things to discover in the region. The old walled town of Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or.

The beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes-sur-Mer are a short distance from Bastide.

However if you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, from Cannes to Biot, Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West Grasse and Fayence and for the more active guest you can choose from a range water sports, as well as hiking and many other outdoor pursuits.
