Overview

This fully air-conditioned modern villa counts 200 sqm of living area on two floors and can accommodate 10 guests or 11 on request. The house has been comfortably arranged and decorated with taste. It's easy to live in this house, even when being numerous.

From the entrance corridor, with guest toilet and a small table that can be used as a desk, there is an access to both the dining room and living room, which are very spacious and opened to each other. The large living room, with doors to the garden, has been arranged with 2 sofas, a fireplace, a TV and DVD player. The dining room gives on the garden and terrace with direct access through the French doors. It has been arranged with a big black wooden table (sitting 8), and adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen is full equipped (US fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, micro-wave, toaster, etc.) and is very practical with its bar and stools between the working space and dining room. It opens directly onto the summer kitchen. By there, is a laundry room with washing machine, a dryer, and iron. Two bedrooms are located on this floor.

On the first floor, there are two other bedrooms: one double for adults with tasteful decoration; and another one more simple in terms of decoration with three single beds. Both rooms are en-suite.

The villa garden of 3,000 sqm is entirely fenced and entrance is via an automatic gate. The garden has been landscaped with olive trees, lavender, and various other plants of Provence, it's really pleasant to walk around the garden or just to relax in the garden furniture while enjoying the view.

A summer kitchen has been arranged under a covered terrace, with direct access to the house kitchen. This summer kitchen is fully equipped (BBQ, electric stove, fridge...), an outdoor dining table with benches and one outdoor sofa. A large terrace overlooking the garden surrounds the house, it has plenty outdoor furniture: sofas and armchairs, creating a warm atmosphere.

The heated swimming pool (11.5 m x 5 m) secured by a pool alarm is surrounded by a terrace with a covered area providing shade, a sunshade made of bamboos and 10 deckchairs. Miscellaneous pool equipment like paddles, masks, and water games for kids are provided. The lawn surrounding the house is a perfect playground for kids, and there is a ping-pong table.

There is a garage, with space for one car, and an off-street parking area at the back of the house.
