Plenty of warm sand where one can watch dolphins swim, fishing boats, and large container ships. This home is a large, brand new, three story beach house with the capacity to sleep up to 10.  An elevator has been installed in the home for guest use. This gorgeous island home is shadowed by live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The driveway leads to a ground floor garage with the capacity to hold two cars while the driveway can safely accommodate three additional vehicles. Conveniently located on the side of the house is an outdoor shower for sandy objects and feet after a long day at the beach. At night, there are plenty of outside lights to provide ample coverage for one to venture out for a leisurely night stroll on the beach or walks on the island.

The covered entrance, located in the middle of the first floor, leads up to an open second floor. The outside entrance leads from the kitchen to a charcoal grill area on the back of the house. As you walk up the steps to the main level of the home, you are greeted by a beautiful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal, and an open view of the living and dining space. This open concept floor plan allows your entire party to mingle together and provides ample seating in both the living and dining areas for everyone to enjoy. The laundry room and a half-bath is located on the main level as well. The living room features a standard sofa as well as a pullout, a love seat, and an arm chair. Also in the living room you will find a large flat-screen television, games, and desk nook. In the dining area, the expansive table seats up to eight with four additional at the breakfast bar. On this level you will also find the master suite, a paradise in and of itself with a king sized bed, cable television, and large en suite bath with double vanities. You can also take your meals outdoors to the covered deck and dine at the bistro table or casual-style on the comfortable furniture. Heading upstairs you will find the 3 additional bedrooms; 2 king rooms and one twin-over-twin bunk bedroom. There are two full hall bathrooms on this floor.

The home now has an elevator guests are welcome to use! Serendipity is in walking distance to the Village on Tybee which includes a sports bar/restaurant, coffee shop, art galleries, and shopping boutiques. Short walk to Tybee Wedding and Events Chapel. Enjoy a less crowded beach while still being a 5 minute walk from bustling beach action spots. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted.
